I don't know anything about Plasma Jasper. I bought a couple slabs in Quartzite because the price was right, and it was something I didn't already have.

It polishes moderately and has interesting veiny designs running through it. However, I discovered that the veins were synonymous with fracture so it's difficult to capture the interesting veins in a cabochon.
