The Yellowstone river flows through the south eastern edge of Montana where this agate is found (so I'm told) for many miles of river. It is typically a clear agate with dark contrasting inclusions that lend an elegant character to the stone.

I have a basket full of various sized rocks, and each one is a surprise to cut open. It works easy and takes a fantastic shine.
